Rules and Regulations:
1. Teams that participated in Xcelerate-2024 are not eligible to participate in Xcelerate-2025.
2. All projects must be developed primarily using Oracle APEX. 80% of the application must be implemented in Oracle APEX, and 20% allowed for supporting technologies.
3. Projects may incorporate additional technologies, APIs, or libraries, provided Oracle APEX remains the primary development platform.
4. The contest is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all Science and Engineering disciplines.
5. Participants must be between 18 and 23 years of age.
6. Each team must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 students, along with one faculty member as 'Academic Mentor' from their college.
7. Each team can optionally have one Industry Mentor (APEX Consultant). Please provide the name, mobile number, and official email address of your industry guide.
8. A participant may only be a member of one team throughout the hackathon.
9. Each team must designate one member as the Team Leader, who will serve as the primary point of contact.
10. Team names must be unique and should not include the name of the team's institution in any form.
11. Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.
12. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate disqualification.
13. Participants retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights to their projects.
14. By participating in the hackathon, participants grant the organizers permission to showcase their projects for promotional and educational purposes.
15. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the event.
16. Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or dishonest behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
17. Projects must be original and developed during the hackathon. Importing or exporting Oracle APEX applications is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification if detected.
18. Reusing existing projects, codebases, or pre-built solutions is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the organizers.
